The online fax services company’s product, RingCentral Office, includes four key components:

RingCentral announced today that Mohan Gyani, former president and CEO of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services, has joined its Board of Directors.
Mr. Gyani has had extensive experience in the telecommunications industry including his roles as President and CEO of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services where he led the rollout of the GSM network and $10.6 Billion IPO of AT&T Wireless in 2000. In addition, he was CFO and Executive Vice President of AirTouch. Mr. Gyani was also a key player in the merger of AirTouch and Vodafone and the subsequent joint venture with Bell Atlantic that resulted in the creation of Verizon Wireless. He also sat on the Board and was head of Strategy and Corporate Development of Vodafone AirTouch PLC. He was also on the Board of Directors of GSM Association and CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association).
RingCentral announced today that it has been selected as a 2009 “Webware 100” award finalist. The online fax services company is one of 300 companies selected as a finalist by the editors of CNET Webware.com amongst more than 5,000 qualifying services and applications.
The best Web 2.0 sites, services, and applications are selected as the Webware 100, which recognizes leaders in innovation. The editors of Webware select the finalists, but the final 100 winners will be decided by an online vote. The winning companies will be announced on Tuesday, May 19, 2009.
